It’s located just a very short walk to the beach through Beverly beach state park just below. The romantic master bedroom has a king size canopy bed with a luxury pillow top mattress and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full and twin sized bed. There is a private deck for sitting or eating out side that is attached to the house. There is a full kitchen with all the amenities of home. For evening entertainment , there is a DVD library, board games and puzzles to play with and a TV with Roku and DVD player in the living room. This house is just waiting for family fun, with many beautiful beaches nearby and the bay is a short drive away. A movie theater, restaurants, aquarium, golf and shopping are just minutes away. The bay in Newport offers boating, crabbing and gorgeous views from local restaurants and shops. Check out both light houses in Newport. Hint... one is reportedly haunted.
We put a lot of care into this house and have replaced all the flooring ,trim and sliding glass door in the main sections of the house. Both bathrooms were remodeled a few years ago with beautiful tiles and new fixtures. There is comfortable furniture in the living room and high end mattresses in the bedrooms for your comfort. All the decor has a nautical, beach theme giving the house a wonderful beachy feel. We have also replaced the deck with all new beautiful Cedar and solar lights on the posts. Patio tables and chairs make outdoor dining enjoyable. The house is set back in a very quiet neighborhood.
In compliance to OSHA standards we are wiping down all high touch areas with an approved sanitizer. I have a high end commercial rated air purifier running 24/7 to provide the highest level of cleanliness I can for your safety. Towels and linens will be exchanged each new rental and cleaned in accordance to approved cleaning standards. Cleaning supplies will be in the house for you to use if you so chose to add another measure of comfort. We want you to enjoy our beautiful home and your family getaway!
