Summary: The location was perfect. This was our fourth weeklong Disney trip in five years. We are Disney regulars. This was the first time that we have stayed “off property.” However, it will be or preference going forward. Our 2023 week was at the Grand Floridan, and our 2022 week was at the Contemporary. Staying off property did not add much to our compute time to and from the parks. It certainly made getting out the door and to the parks easier and the arrival home was so much better. Taking a sleeping child into their bedroom steps from parking was a delight. We enjoyed the convenience of preparing some of our own meals. The washer and dryer allowed for less packing. The pool allowed the kids to play when we were not at the park. We hope this property (or one similar) will be available when we are next back at Disney.
