This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bathroom villa located in Vera playa is a part of pueblo Salinas a gorgeous well-maintained community just off a long stretch of clean sandy beaches
This luxury villa is fully equipped out for all your wants or desires. With a satellite TV and a DVD player for inside entertainment or sun loungers, outside dining tables, a BBQ and a private pool all for enjoying the Spanish sun. On top of the property, there is also your own secluded roof terrace with stunning views over Vera.
This villa comes with all day to day amenities to make you feel at home, from a kettle to start the day with a cup of tea, to air conditioning in every room to keep you cool in the summer heat and warm through the winter.
This property gives you the best of both worlds as a private villa while still being a part of a community giving access to two private gated luxury pools, tennis/paddle courts a gym, a restaurant and parking.
Pueblo Salinas is only a short distance from two large supermarkets and multiple restaurants with an extremely convenient bus stop just outside that will take you to all the local towns such as Puerto Rey, Garrucha, Vera and Mojacar.
We offer free meet and greets between the hours of 2:00pm and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. For a meet and greet outside of these hours it will be subject to a 49€ fee. If you would like to continue without a meet and greet at any time you can collect the keys from a key safe at the property.

Summary: You definitely need a car ,it says there is u k tv no there isn’t isn’t I don’t think it’s geared up for out of season let’s quilt covers on the beds but no quilts just a mishmash of blankets. The kitchen is workable but not a full set of any thing ie only two glasses the same and possibly 4 different cutlery types sharp knives that wouldn’t cut butter , I don’t think it’s suitable for younger children as there. are far to many trip and fall hazardeds And last but not least the next door resident neighbours dog barking at 6.00 every morning
