3 Bedroom House with Pool, Private Pool and Balcony

Our beautiful spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is located in Palm Desert in a gated community, close to restaurants, shopping, casinos and the Coachella festivals. Enjoy your days sitting by a private salt water pool and jacuzzi surrounded by lemon, grapefruit and orange trees, sipping on your favorite beverage. You have all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor barbeque and pool table.
There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a on suite bathroom and access to the pool. The other 2 bedrooms, each have a queen size bed and share a bathroom. There is also a 1/2 guest bathroom in the home. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, with basic cable. There is a 50" TV in the den and internet access throughout the house.
Our home is perfect for families, friends, girl getaways and is located in close proximity to the Coachella festivals and Stagecoach.
Your options for entertaining are endless with our extended outside luxuries and inside hospitality. There is NO smoking in the house.

Summary: This home is clearly one that has been lived in by the owners. Meg and Harold were pleasant and responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. The house is lovingly decorated and well equipped and stocked with items needed to afford a move in and live in environment. The backyard is beautiful very private and the pool and spa are wonderful.
