Positive: The location is good, near metro, quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is relatively new and spacious. In front on the apartment there are stairs with romantic look. Several cats are resting around. 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ You can even view a part of Acropolis in front of the apartment. There is a cute tavern nearby held by an old and welcoming couple with Greek dish and lovely garden, pay a visit if you are interested in something chill and with local spirit. (To Koutouki Tou Thoma). 🐈 There was always hot water. Good value for the price paid.
Negative: The apartment was not cleaned from the previous guests upon arrival, which caused significant inconvenience as we arrived at 4pm, but were able to enter the cleaned apartment after 8pm. The manager did agree to refund the first night, which we appreciate. However, the Wi-Fi did not work (the manager has been contacted, he mentioned a problem with the provider). There was black mold in the shower, no dish soap, and the entire place needed a deep clean, especially the couch in the living room. No toilet brush - you can imagine the inconvenience. Using the towels was uncomfortable due to the cleanliness of the space. Also as mentioned in some of the previous reviews, the toilet seat is broken, though we managed to use it. With deep clean and some attention to the surrounding of the object this place could easily pull off a 10, but not now. All in all this did not ruin the whole trip as we were outside most of the time, but it did cause stress upon arrival. This is not a negative thing, but there is another apartment with which the entrance door ( not the apartment door!) is shared, just so you know. Metro stations are about 500, 600m away, have in mind the whole area is a little bit steep, so almost all the way from the metro you are slightly climbing, this might be useful for some.
