5 Bedroom House with Fireplace, Kitchen and View

Seaside Sanctuary is a 4 bedroom with a loft, 3 bath, OCEANFRONT duplex with over 2000 square feet of living space that sleeps 14 people. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with all quality appliances, an eat-in island kitchen, a living/dining area with beautiful and comfy furniture, and a queen sized bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 king sized rooms oceanfront with walk out deck, and 1 Queen sized bedroom with a small private street side sitting deck, and 2 full sized baths. The third floor is a perfect retreat for the children featuring 1 queen and 4 single beds and is equipped with toys and games. The duplex has free WIFI, 5 Roku enabled TVs, a Weber Genesis propane grill, DVD players, beach furniture and toys, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. There is plenty of room to play and rest on the wide spacious beach that is only steps from the back door. Duplex is private with its own separate walkway to the beach. The "lower Deck" is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a drink in your hand while the rest of the decking areas are perfectly suited for lounging while watching for the occasional dolphins that swim by.
Please note that our Seaside Sanctuary is a NO Smoking/Vaping property and is rented generally by the week during the summer. For the non-peak months of November through March, a minimum stay of three nights is required. Professional cleaning and linens are provided, a $250 cleaning/linen fee will be added to the reservation fee.

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay to enjoy a week directly on the beach of beautiful Emerald Isle! The property is perfectly represented in the pictures on the listing. Only surprises were good surprises! Plenty of room for our extended family group of 8 adults and three kids. Beautiful outdoor spaces and great open gathering space on the main floor with open kitchen/dining room/living room. All surrounded by large window with ocean views. Balcony outside two second floor bedrooms provided an even better view of the beach and ocean. Property was well stocked and had everything we needed throughout the week both indoors and at the beach. Only suggestion would be for guests to bring a beach umbrella/shade. Host made check in and checkout a breeze. One issue with the upstairs HVAC during the week was promptly addressed by the host in a very understanding manner. The Seaside Sanctuary was everything we hoped it would be!
