Locally owned and managed...Located on the south end of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront in a sought after, popular local neighborhood, Shadowlawn. Beach is a short walk (6 blocks) and even quicker bike ride (4 adult bikes and two kids) are provided, along with boogie boards, beach bags, towels and all your other beach going essentials).
Enjoy the bright, open floor plan on main level. Plenty of entertainment space with two different living rooms (second living room doubles as a fourth bedroom with a queen sofa bed). Newly renovated throughout entire home with all new furniture. Large master bedroom with a study area and en suite, including large soaking tub and walk in closet. Spacious guest bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom.
Easy walk to Rudee Inlet, where there are several great local favorite restaurants (Big Sam's), bars (Rudees), Virginia Beach Fishing center (fishing, dolphin and other boat tours, jet skis and parasailing). Summary: We could not have asked for a better place to spend our Memorial Day weekend! This home was nothing short of exceptional— clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out for both comfort and function. Every room was inviting, and the attention to detail throughout made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.The neighborhood was absolutely perfect—quiet, safe, and conveniently located close to everything we needed, yet private enough to feel like a true escape. Whether relaxing on the patio, exploring the area, or just enjoying family time indoors, it checked every box.All the amenities were exactly as described (and more!). From a fully stocked kitchen and quality linens to smart TVs and outdoor games, everything was high quality and in excellent condition. What really stood out, though, was the owners’ incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond by providing thoughtful extras for things guests might forget—extra toiletries, snacks, even a prepared bag of for the beach! It was the kind of care that makes a big difference and sets this home apart.My family had the best Memorial Day getaway here, filled with laughter, relaxation, and memories we’ll cherish.
