Beautiful Home, Close to the Bay and Downtown | House in National City, CA

Hi there!
I welcome you to share my wonderful house with lots of natural light.
It is centrally located and close to the freeway, bay, convention center, shops, restaurants/bar, and so much more!
The house has all essentials for you to enjoy a wonderful stay.
This place is unique because of the fact that it is so close to the Gaslamp, Convention Center, Hyatt, Marriot, Hilton, and Petco Park.
I can sleep up to 12 people in my unit.
1 Queen Size bed - Sleeps 2 people.
1 Queen Size bed - Sleeps 2 people.
1 Queen Size bed - Sleeps 2 people
3 Queen size air mattresses - Sleeps 2 people each
1 Couch - Could sleep 1 person
The air mattresses and air pump will be in the closet ready for you to inflate.
I have local channels on my T.V. and an Amazon Fire Stick.
The TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick and remote. The following are programmed:
-Hulu
-Spotify
-Netflix
This is a self check- in unit, when you book please send me your email and check-in time and I will send you the check-in instructions.
I'm available 24/7 for any questions.
Parking
I have garage parking for one car, for extra parking there is free street parking around the unit.
You may check in at 4pm or any time thereafter.
Early Check In: $30 (Early check in is usually 1:00pm.) Late Check Out: $30 (Late check out is usually 3:00pm.)
Late check out: ($30 after 11:30am, full day charge after 3pm. )
I'm available 24/7 by text, phone call, or in person to answer any questions or for any problems that might happen. Please don't hesitate to text or call me.
Problems:
For any problems or lock-out please contact me directly as you are not listed as the homeowner or tenant, and maintenance and staff will not be able to assist you.

Lost Electronic Key: $100
Lock Out: $99
Cleaning Fee: (There is no cleaning fee). $60
However, please clean up after yourself, put used dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle, dirty laundry in the laundry basket, furniture back in its place, remotes back in their place.
Washer/Dryer: (Must Acknowledge)
To help keep our cleaning cost low we leave the sheets and towels in the washer and dryer cycling between guests. If you need to use the washer/dryer you may take the sheets and towels out in order to use the washer/dryer. If you need assistance please let us know.
Guests/Visitors:
Any guest whether just visiting or staying the night must be added to the reservation or the reservation will be canceled without a refund.
Leave the unit in the same way it was received or a cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will result in a $100 charge.
This building, per the onsite management is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal areas.
If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property.
Noise: Excessive Noise Complaint $100 charge.
We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints.
We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are 10pm-8am
NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES:
Your booking will be canceled, you will be asked to leave the unit, and charged $100 fee.
NO LIT CANDLES: They are a fire hazard.
NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS:
If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.
You may be subject to the forfeit of your security deposit and/or removal from the property is you are found in violation of this.
Forgotten Items: $20 Processing Charge, plus shipping cost.
We will ship back anything that was left in the unit, please send us your address. $20 processing charge, plus shipping cost must be paid before the item is shipped.
Any item that is not claimed within 7 days of the reservation will be discarded or donated to a local non-profit.
DAMAGE:
We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES:
The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
PLEASE NOTE:
The guests undertakes to hold the Host, Owners and all agents harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
We have a strict check out time, so please be considerate for the people after you, we also need time to clean so all guests must follow our check in & check out time.
We give a grace period of 30 mins check out, so please be considerate for the next guest after you. If you check out late, you will be charged from your deposit.
If your reservations shows signs of fraud, abuse or illegal suspicious activity, causing excessive noises, nuisance. We may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address or account, without any warnings and escort you & your guests out of the units and property immediately. The reservations may not be use for any photo shoots, filming or commercial purposes without our consent, If found, you will be liable for any damages and violations of our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and you will be liable for monetary losses to us, including litigation costs and damages. The nights not spent will not be refunded per our strict cancellation policy.
