The villa is ideally located close to the Piraillan Market, you can go shopping in a few minutes on foot (open every day July/August), the beaches of Canon, its shops and its adorable oyster farming village are also within easy reach.
THE VILLA
This beautiful villa ideal for families with its capacity of 16 people, built on 3 levels will seduce you with its architecture and location. Decorated in the spirit of the pool and with beautiful terraces, it offers a setting and an exceptional quality of life.
The living areas bathed in light are particularly warm. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare good meals. A living room with fireplace (wood not provided) open to the dining room, the two terraces on both sides of the house make it a major asset (orientation of the terraces east/west). The beautiful family dining table can accommodate a dozen people, you can quite fit the outdoor tables and chairs for a larger capacity.
Many games for children will be offered on site with a dedicated space as well as a table tennis table.
You will find on the ground floor 4 bedrooms: two double bedrooms with beds in 160cm including a suite with bathroom and two bedrooms with two small beds and toilets consisting of a sink and a mirror. On the same floor you will have a bathroom with bath and toilet.
On the lower floor on the ground floor, you will have a master suite with a bed 160 cm with walk-in shower, a toilet and a laundry room.
Finally on the top floor you will have at your disposal a double room (bed 160cm), as well as a dormitory with 4 small beds, a bathroom with toilet and a games room for children. All rooms on the floor are air-conditioned except the bathroom.
With its many beds, this villa of more than 220 m2 will be ideal for large families.
Outside you will have two beautiful terraces, with outdoor tables and chairs, Chilean, a barbecue and a plancha. The land is vast and children can play in the garden that makes the tour of the house. The little extra, perfect for beach outings: the outdoor shower.
