Beautiful holiday home with capacity for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms 1 of them double with double bed and the other with two single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning (hot / cold), free WiFi, satellite TV, beautiful garden and large well-kept land and barbecue area in the beautiful village of Búger, Mallorca.
The excellent location of this country house offers an environment of nature and tranquility to enjoy your family holiday and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the cities.
You can enjoy the 95m2 of this house very well distributed and furnished with great attention to detail and surrounded by a large garden. 7,000m2 meters of land, ample living space for morning tours and walks in the stillness of this beautiful rural area. Son Serra offers our guests many possibilities for different activities around with plenty of space, invites them to enjoy and relax in the summer months and is, of course, equipped with sunbathing comfortably. In the garden you will find a small park for children to play. The entire property is fenced and offers a lot of security and privacy.
The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa, fireplace and satellite TV; also dining room with table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers you plenty of comfort and fun cooking in a good company.
The interior consists of two double rooms 1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The vacation home has a bathroom with a bath. All guest rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and closets. Baby beds and high chairs are also available for our small guests. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is available.

ELECTRICITY: Electricity consumption will be charged separately: 8,00 euros per night of stay.
BAIL / SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300 euros will be collected on the day of check-in and once the check-out is made the return will be made if everything is in the same condition as the property was delivered.

Such collection is intended for the preservation and care of the islands and to improve in everything related to tourism.
The fee for this tax in "high season" is 2.20 euros per night, per adult (Young people from the age of 16, are counted as adults, so they pay ecotase.)
In "low season" the ecotase has a significant reduction : it is 0.55 x night x adult.
For stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will apply on the following days of stay.
