Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, boogie boards, corn hole and bocce are just some of the many amenities that make this your luxury vacation home.

The top floor has a Living Room, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and opens up to an expansive backyard deck with a Propane Grill. The front door is at ground level, so there are only 6 steps to get to the top floor and 6 steps to get to the lower level where there are 3 additional bedrooms, a secondary living, and a full bathroom.
0.8 miles to Scarborough State Beach 2 Pavilions (North & South), Hot & Cold Showers, 75 Picnic Tables (North & South), Large Paved Parking Lot, Concrete Boardwalk with Gazebos and Observation Tower, grassy play area, Lifeguard on duty 9:00 am to 6:00 pm(seasonally). To get to Scarborough beach, you can either walk down Burnside Avenue (on the sidewalk) to the beach, or you can walk in the neighborhood, down Glendale Rd. to Greene Lane to a cut-through next to 24 Greene Lane and over to Angell Road and directly to Scarborough Beach. (about 1/2 mile).
You are less than 2 miles away from Iggy’s Doughboys and Clam Cakes, Aunt Carrie’s Ice Cream and Spain Restaurant.
