New cabinets and quartzite counter tops with grand island surround stainless steel modern appliances!
High end ceramic flooring thru out the open concept kitchen, dining and living area, the split bedrooms have new carpet.
The screened lanai is over sized and features extremely comfortable patio set with glass top table and multiple chaises.
Laundry room provides full size washer and dryer.
Our monthly rental begins the first day of your chosen month thru the last day of that month.
Enjoy casual and fine dining at the Cass Cay Restaurant, Sports Bar and Patio Bar featuring both inside and outside seating overlooking the marina basin and offers entertainment throughout the week. Casual dining at the golf club is also available. Burnt Store Marina has marked bike and walking paths along main roads for your safety.

Summary: The location of the condo was perfect. Close to pool, pickleball courts, fitness club and marina. We rented a golf cart, which made it so easy to get around. Burnt Store Marina offers so much to do - entertainment nightly, trivia and bingo nights and golfing. We really lucked out getting this place. Still hoping to find a March rental for 2025 here.
