a nice neighborhood and a short 5 minute walk to the Sprint Pavilion and its music; the historic downtown mall with its restaurants, shops, and theaters; and the free trolley to UVA Belmont's special restaurants are only 2 blocks away. Sip coffee or wine from your own private balcony.
The space
My house is so close to everything, you can literally walk everywhere.
Great Belmont restaurants are only 3 blocks from here and the historic downtown mall is a 5 minute walk with its boutiques, restaurants and music at the Sprint Pavilion !
You can sit and enjoy your own private balcony in the treetops overlooking the garden, ivy-covered gazebo (which you can use), and fish pond, with goldfish, frogs and visiting birds! Inside the apt. you will be surrounded by original art from around the world; bamboo wallpaper; and a vaulted ceiling with its east-facing high window bringing in intricate light designs.
The wicker sitting area has full media access to cable TV along with Netflix, Hulu and HBOgo when you want some down time.
The modern bath/kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, and toaster oven.
Guest access
You can access the apartment either by entering the back walkway off monticello road and going up the staircase to your private balcony and door to the rest of the apt. Or by going up the front steps of the house and walking around the porch to the back walkway to the staircase up to the balcony and the private apt. Your code to enter is the last 4 digits of my phone number.
Other things to note
Lots of free parking is available on the street on either side of the house. It's easier to park on Monticello road, rather than graves street. And then you will find the pathway behind the house to the staircase and up to your private balcony and into the apt. Your code to enter is the last 4 digits of my phone number.
