Luxury apartment (110 m2), in the most beautiful and most prestigious district of Bordeaux, a few steps from Place Tourny. The location is ideal because the area is in the center of the city and forms an architectural ensemble which eighteenth Bordeaux Grand Theatre belongs (it is 2 minutes walk from the apartment).
Rental is per week for 6 people. Two very quiet, two entirely new bathrooms.
Each room has a bed of 160 cm. A sofa bed (bed = 140 cm) in the living room can accommodate two people. The kitchen is brand new, modern, fully equipped (oven, microwave ...).
The eighteenth-style apartment with moldings, paneling, stained glass is sunny. It has been renovated and decorated this year.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building in stone renovated. It was built by the architect of the Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux, Victor Louis (1780 approx.).
A two minute walk you will find: the public garden (very large garden with bathroom and restaurant plan), the Grand Theatre (Opera), Quinconces, the Clemenceau class, Sainte Catherine street (very commercial streets) , many, many restaurants, all shops (ready to wear, food shops, Carrefour Market ...), tram stops.
