Come stay at this beautiful executive style lake home on Little St. Germain Lake. Within short walking distance to Black Bear Lodge and Serenity Bay (Great for overflow guests). There is perfect level frontage in a park like setting with great fishing right off the dock. The home is fully furnished with all high end log furnishings, cable tv, high speed internet and great wireless phone service. Enjoy the Floor to Ceiling Fireplace in the Great Room and the lower level walkout is great for entertaining with another fireplace, dining area and a nice new Sauna (great for cold nights after snowmobiling). The deck spans the length of the home and has a gas grill, charcoal grill, Tommy Bahama beverage center and lots of seating and is great for entertaining. There is also a new cedar gazebo down by the lake and firepit, with lots of seating for everyone to enjoy.
The fishing on Little St. Germain Lake is Superb with Bass, Walleye, Musky, Northern and Bluegill caught right from the dock. There is also a huge firepit with a gazebo right near the waters edge, so everyone can enjoy the beauty of the lake while sitting around the fire. This home has room for multiple families to enjoy their own privacy, with bedrooms and sitting areas on all 3 levels. It also has numerous outdoor entertaining options for all. There are (2) Paddle Boats and (4) Kayaks available to use during your stay.
The home will comfortably sleep 16 people with (1) King Bed, (4) Queen Beds, (1) Twin over Twin Bed, (1) Twin over full Bed and (1) Futon. All bedrooms also come with high end linens for a comfortable nights sleep. There are several areas for dining with seating for 16. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and all utensils for grilling are provided. There is also a very nice 3 season room (seats 5) overlooking the lake with lovely wicker furniture and a TV with cable.
St. Germain is a great little town with lots of nice restaurants, expansive grocery store and many nice little shops to enjoy. Families will love the great ice cream shop and Elmers fun park which offers horseback riding, miniature golf and a go kart track, both are within 5 minutes of the house. Minocqua and Eagle River are also within a short drive either direction.

New for 2020 ask about the option to rent the additional guest cabin that sleeps 5. Please note that this cabin will not be rented separately from the main house, as to not affect the privacy of the guests in the main house. It will only be rented as an addition to the main house and if it is not chosen as an add on, it will be empty during your stay. The cabin is log sided, with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), 1 full bath and is newly renovated with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. It also has a nice deck with patio doors leading to it and includes cable TV and WiFi. This cabin can be rented for an additional $950.00 per week or $175.00 per night. It is a great addition for larger families or if someone just wants their own space away from the main house. The last photos on the list are of the guest cabin.
