Come lounge in the spacious lanai and enjoy your coffee while taking in the beauty of the old growth oak trees covered in Spanish moss located right outside. Take a stroll with your pup on the miles of pathway that begin outside your front door. Walk the trails through the fields, marshlands and ponds while marveling as the Sandhill Cranes dance and call.

“Luty Lane” is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage home (1,598 sqft.) with a 2 ½ car garage and a large screened outdoor area (lanai) with very comfortable seating and dining overlooking many beautiful trees, open space and trails. This brand new, excellently equipped vacation rental will truly feel like your home away from home. It has new furniture, a well-equipped large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, an office/work space and of course that gorgeous outdoor lanai. There is also a very large garage for parking and plenty more parking available in the driveway.
The master bedroom has a king size Sleep Number Bed ready to adapt to whatever individual firmness you and your partner find most comfortable. There is a large 55” Smart HDTV wall mounted for your viewing pleasure and an ensuite master bath with a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There is also a small writing desk and chair. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a wall mounted 55” Smart HDTV. The third bedroom sports a trundle daybed that holds 2 twin beds. It is also set up as an office space with a large desk and office chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you could need including an air fryer, blender, Instant Pot and Keurig coffee maker.
Two guests can enjoy the owners’ privileges to golf for free at the 40+ executive golf courses in The Villages. All of The Villages amenities and their unlimited free use are transferred to the guest for the duration of their stay with the Lifestyle ID cards. The Lifestyle IDs will need to be purchased separately upon arrival from The Villages Sales and Information Center at Everglades or Brownwood town square for the cost of $50 for 2 cards. This fee goes directly to The Villages and is NOT included in the rent.
Enjoy all The Villages has to offer while being able to retreat to your own private paradise to social-distance or work from here. If you're here for a work-cation you will be pleased to know that we have high-speed internet (Wi-Fi and LAN), a monitor for your use and a large desk looking out on beautiful trees, open space and green fields. Luty Lane is located the village of DeLunaa short 8-minute drive from Brownwood Paddock Square at the south end of The Villages. The Florida Turnpike entrance is only a few minutes away allowing fast and easy access to all the adventures Orlando and the rest of Florida have to offer.
Linens, towels and kitchenware are included and a washer and dryer are on site. There is also a very large dog-bath/utility sink if your pup needs a bath.
