Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The cabin was clean and cozy with enough room for a family of 8 to be together and still have personal space. The view was beautiful and the porch with jacuzzi was perfect.

Negative: The jets on both garden tubs in the bathrooms were moldy. There were not enough towels provided and the towels were thin and rough. There was only one roll of toilet paper and that was what was on the holder (this was the case in all 3 bathrooms). Comforters and extra blankets were not provided (it was cold) and the pillows were worn,flat and stained. In the kitchen there should be more than a broiler pan and pizza pan, a variety of several cookie sheets should be available. If there is a coffee maker provided as there was then filters should be provided as well. Same for dishwasher soap and dish washing soap should be larger than travel size. For the cost of the cabin rental and the number of people the cabin accommodates this should be factored into the supplies.

Summary: Bear Den cabin is a cozy relaxing vacation rental close to Pigeon Forge activities and an easy drive to Dollywood.
