The family room has an 85” tv. The tv stand has an electric fireplace with heater. Newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, newly renovated bathrooms, Keurig coffee maker and complete with tropical transitional furnishings. The primary suite has a king size bed and bathroom with dual sink vanity, large shower and walk-in closet/linen closet. Hair dryer available in the master bathroom. The guest suite has two twin size beds a trundle bed and a private bath as well. In-unit laundry machines provide convenience, and the unit comes with use of one assigned covered garage parking space. Oceanview offers extensive amenities including the sunny pool deck, a barbecue grilling deck, billiards room, social room and pickleball/tennis courts. The unit comes with all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your convenience. Next to the pool the unit also has a storage cabana to store all of your beach items as well as a refrigerator to keep all of your beach beverages nice and cold! Hutchinson Island is ideal for walking and exercise with miles of sidewalks flanked by tropical flora. APPLICATION: All rentals in Ocean View require a lease application to be completed and submitted at least 4 weeks prior to check-in date for approval. Forms will be emailed upon booking or upon request prior to booking. Family room has 86" smart tv. Master bedroom has 65" smart tv. Cable and wifi is included. Please note, a 30 day minimum rental term is required for this condo. Please inquire on your specific dates of interest!
