Our condo is located in a stunning location. We’re on the river, downtown, with a breathtaking view of the Dayton skyline. We’re in a safe, secured entry, historic building next to the Dayton Art Museum. Steps from the University of Dayton. Tennis courts across the street with racket rental. Easy highway access no matter where you’re coming from. Great for families or solo travelers. You can actually see the new RiverScape River Run and new kayak wave from this building! Ride or watch the best kayak and river surfing wave in Ohio just steps away from the condo! (We actually surf on it with surfboards!)
The Great Miami River Recreational Trail is just across the street for walking, jogging, and biking. The trail is great for getting away from the traffic, and it always surprises me how much wildlife I see in the middle of the city.
