1 Bedroom Condo with View, Ocean View and Bedding

Escape the crowed city, and come enjoy some time in the country. Relax in our updated island style condo in the iconic Pat's at Punaluu beachfront residence. This tastefully decorated unit has been fully outfitted with most everything you could possibly need, including all new linens, towels and kitchenware. There is full kitchen with a range oven, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Be sure to wake up early in the morning to watch the sunrise from your oceanfront lanai. Listen to the gentle surf while sipping your wine as you wind down from your perfect day. The condo is located on the 5nd floor, there is ample parking in the lot reserved for our guests. This complex is complete with a sparkling swimming pool and a small weight room. If you prefer to swim in the ocean, there is a beautiful white sand beach just beyond the pool.
Please note that the building has been undergoing some remodeling and upgrades. There may be periodic, but usually brief inconveniences out of the control of the host. Most guests say that this has not affected their enjoyment of their stay. 🌺

Summary: This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay on Oʻahu’s North Shore. While the building is older, it’s well maintained and offers a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere that feels like classic Hawaii.The highlight is definitely the beach—calm, uncrowded, and perfect for kids. The waves break far out, leaving the shoreline waters tranquil for swimming or just relaxing in the sun. It’s also a great home base, with many of Oʻahu’s scenic spots and cultural attractions just a short drive away.The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a generous living area, full kitchen, and plenty of room to stretch out. There was an ample supply of towels, sheets, and even beach towels provided. The beach chairs were a great and appreciated surprise. One downside is that the bedroom faces the highway, and you can hear cars passing by throughout the night. This obviously isn't in the owners control, but something to consider. We ended up sleeping on the pullout couch facing the ocean, which actually made for a great night’s rest with the sound of the waves, and a peaceful morning waking up to a beautiful sunrise and coffee on the lanai.Security is very good, and the property feels safe and welcoming. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, beachfront stay that gives you a taste of local life away from the big resorts, this is a great value. We’d definitely come back!
