The kitchen is fitted with Terrazzo countertops, high-end designer stove with a 6-burner gas range, stainless steel appliances, double sinks, and a large island with bar stools. It's a wonderful are for preparing family meals or enjoying one of our private chefs to cook a superb dining experience for you. The formal dining table seats 12, a breakfast nook seats 8, and al fresco dining on the balcony seats up to 8.
The spacious living room is complete with supple leather sofas and a large Smart TV with your favorite apps pre-loaded. The upscale decor features imported tile, peky cypress ceilings, custom feature walls, and expansive trim and carpentry work. The game room and bar also offers a 60-inch flat screen TV, pool table, ice maker, wine cooler. This area leads out to the private pool and an amazing outdoor summer kitchen!
There are 6 king master suites and 2 additional bunk rooms. All are equipped with large flat-screen TVs and provided with fresh high thread count 100% cotton hypoallergenic linens. There are 4 exterior grand balconies. The exterior spiral staircase reaches all four floors starting at the pool/lanai area and finishing at the rooftop deck!
