Welcome to Baydreamer, where chic design and casual coastal vibes combine to create a breathtaking sanctuary in Port St. Joe. We welcome you to be some of the first guests in this brand-new home and enjoy all of the amenities that the area has to offer.
The elegance of the living space will draw you in with its abundant light, colorful touches of sand and sea, and natural fabrics and textures. With space for 10, this stylish home is ideal for families traveling together.
The main level will beckon you with its bright, pristine kitchen, dining area, and inviting living room hues. Doors from the living room lead out to a screened porch with outdoor dining overlooking the serene St. Joseph Bay.On the main floor you’ll find a bedroom with two double beds and a jack-and-jill style bathroom. Here you'll also find the master king bedroom is with en-suite bath – complete with a gorgeous tile shower and Jacuzzi tub.
On the 2nd floor are two bedrooms each with king sized beds, and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the game room and play a game of pool overlooking the beautiful bay. There are two convertible chair-futons in the game room, a perfect sleeping arrangement for the littler travelers (please note this is listed as 2 twins in the room details, however they are chair-to-beds, not a regular twin bed mattress).
You will love spending time outdoors with our amenities! Sip your morning coffee on the Adirondack chairs and soak in the beauty of the bay, or curl up and read your favorite book on the porch swings downstairs. Outside downstairs is a storage building that includes a Blackstone griddle grill, 7 adult bicycles, electric air pump, beach chairs and beach toys to make your vacation even more enjoyable!
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping: a quick 5 minute drive will get you to downtown Port St. Joe, where you can grocery shop, dine at some fantastic local spots, shop, and stroll!
Beach access: about a 5 minute drive the other direction is Salinas Park. Located on the gulf side of Cape San Blas, Salinas Park is a quiet, calm beach park. Lovely beach access (and uncrowded beaches) make it a great stop for those in search of a quiet day by the water. Restrooms, a playground, and picnic tables and grills make it a solid stop for a BBQ or to let the kids run off a bit of energy during a day of exploring the Cape.
Presnell's Bayside Marina has a boat launch less than a mile away. St. Joseph's Bay Country Club Golf Course is also less than a mile away.
Please note that we only provider start packs for this property despite your length of stay. Beach/pool towels are NOT provided, so you will want to bring your own.
