Positive: Excellent size of house, considerably larger than I expected with good communal spaces. It was well located near main roads but tucked away enough to feel cosy and undisturbed. Very welcoming with generous snacks, water and drink making facilities. Heating was excellent and having 3 bathrooms suited our needs. Blankets, and towels were generous for the size and value of the house. Also toiletries were available with lots of options. Host was really friendly and accommodating so get in touch and be patient. You'll get a good result. Really considerate communication for the most part and made me feel appreciated.

Negative: Just be aware this house is along a path from where Gmaps takes you. You have to follow a dimly lit path in the evening so perhaps take a torch with you. Cleanliness is better than acceptable but would benefit from a deeper clean on regular occasions. I would clarify with host if you can park behind the house...( With direct access to back door) ... As neighbours blocked us in and insisted there was no parking for this house. Obviously, residential properties around so lots of kids scooters and suchlike around the front garden. It had a camera doorbell but no screen inside, felt a little imposing.

Summary: Much bigger, super utilities, great for families.
