The luxurious Villa Nerina is located in a small village Zaton near Zadar, which is known as one of the tourist centers of the Zadar area. With its crystal clear sea and pine trees, this place is perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and a break from everyday life. The modern and harmoniously furnished Villa Nerina can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms with Smart TV and satellite TV and two double beds, one of which has two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. Our guests have 3 beautiful bathrooms with shower cubicles and a separate WC at their disposal. The fully equipped kitchen and luxuriously furnished living room are perfect for family get-togethers. In the courtyard you will find a beautiful heated pool of 35 m² with salt water, surrounded by 6 sun loungers, including garden furniture on the first floor and on two balconies. The villa is completely fenced with wall and hedge. The villa's special offer includes a children's playground, an outdoor whirlpool by the pool, a trampoline and a sauna. The excellent location of Villa Nerina offers numerous sandy beaches, which are only 600 meters away from the villa. Zaton is close to the historic town of Zadar, which is rich in tourist programs, activities, historical monuments and the most beautiful sunset in the world.
