1 BEDROOM,1.5 BATH CONDO AT THE BOULEVARD TENNIS CLUB, ONE OF THE TOP CLUBS IN THE AREA. CLUB HAS 13 WELL MAINTAINED HAR TRU COURTS, A WORKOUT ROOM, SWIMMING POOL, AND A RESTAURANT. UNIT IS FULLY FURNISHED FOR UP TO TWO PEOPLE, MINIMUM RENTAL IS ONE CALENDAR MONTH AT $ 2,500 PER MONTH INCLUDING USE OF ALL CLUB FACILITIES. DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR EXTENDED STAYS IN THE OFF SEASON.
There is a three month minimum rental for January through April months. 30 day minimum at other times. Discounts available for multiple consecutive months.
A $125 cleaning fee will be charged. There is a $100 transfer fee to put the membership in the tenants name. The membership is only available from June through September. At other times tenant may use the restaurant facilities. Lessons may be purchased from the tennis professionals at any time during the year.
