If you’ve ever wanted to visit Atlantis, now is your chance! It might not be the secret lost city beneath the sea, but the Atlantis vacation home in Miramar Beach is a private oasis in its own right. This stately property sits only a short walk from the beach and offers a perfect beach escape for vacationers. The three-level home features eight bedrooms, eight baths, two half baths, spacious living areas, a fun game room, and multiple furnished balconies overlooking a 30'x30' resort-style pool. It can accommodate 25 beach-loving guests, making it the perfect option for large groups.
The first floor includes two guest suites and a game room. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has a queen-size bed. Both have full, en-suite baths. In the open-concept game room, a wall of windows and a sliding glass door brightens the space with natural sunlight. The game room features a billiards table, poker table, and built-in bar. Guests can access the paver pool deck from the game room, complete with a lagoon-shaped pool, hot tub, grill, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, and a TV. The crowning glory is the circular pavilion set into the pool, which includes surrounding stool seating in the water. No better place to enjoy a refreshing beach cocktail!
On the second level, you will find the home’s expansive great room. In the living area, a plush seating ensemble comprises a wraparound couch, matching loveseat, and cozy white armchairs. The setup faces a white credenza and wall-mounted TV. Tile floors flow seamlessly into the extra-large dining area, where there are two rectangular tables next to a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Each of the tables has eight chairs and sits beneath a unique, beach-inspired light fixture. Next to the dining room, the open kitchen has everything you need to serve up delicious vacation meals. The kitchen features spacious cabinets, lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and an island with raised chair seating for five. Two additional guest bedrooms are located on this level. Both have king-size beds and private baths, and one includes a twin bunk nook for extra sleeping accommodations.
The remaining bedrooms are found on the home’s third floor. Two are master suites, boasting king-size beds, en-suite baths, and balcony access. Both of the guest bedrooms have king-size beds, as well. There is also a bunk nook with two twin bunks. Finally, a bonus den offers even more sleeping space—a twin-size sleeper sofa and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Atlantis is ideally located for vacationers looking for plenty of beach time and easy access to surrounding coastal activities. The Snowdrift neighborhood beach access is only a two-minute stroll from the house. Popular restaurants, shops, and trendy venues like Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard are also within close proximity.
