A spacious covered lanai, heated swimming pool and screen enclosure create your private outdoor oasis and the oversized corner lot offers lots of grassy lawn space surrounding the home, which is nicely set back from the street. Inside, the primary suite has a stylish bathroom with glass enclosed shower and dual sink vanity and two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy walkability to shopping and restaurants at the Village on Venetian Bay and miles of sidewalks to enjoy walking or running past the beautiful homes and lush landscaping that the neighborhood is known for.
