Our apartment is located at Asklipiou street , at a distance of 800m from the old town of Nafplio.
It’s 70m² big and was fully renovated in 2019.
It’s on the 1st floor of a small 2-storey urban block of flats .
It’s a 2-bedroom-apartment, with a separate kitchen, a big living-room and a bathroom.
Its decoration similar to retro chic style , thus blending the freshness of new style with the history of an apartment block.
The apartment is furnished with beds and mattresses by COCOMAT, a leading Greek company, is fully air-conditioned in all rooms, and provides wide screen TV sets (SAMSUNG 32’ in bedrooms , LG Smart TV 43’ in the living room) with Netflix connection.
IMPORTANT NOTICE :In case all the visitors are adults persons, we want to inform you that apartment's main bedroom has a double bed, with the dimensions of 2 m length, and 1,6 m width.
At the second bedroom the two single beds both have 2 m length and 0,9 m width.
At the living room there is sofa which has 1,85 meters length and 0,9 meters width for sleeping, and the separate bed of the sofa is 1,8 m length and 0,85 m width.
Further equipment: washing machine, cooker (4 ceramic hobs and oven), filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, and all utensils for a fully equipped kitchen.
In the living room, there is a dining table to accommodate 4-6 guests and a sofa/bed for 2 people.
We are at your disposal for any information and we will be on call to manage any inconvenience/problem that may arise.
Our neighbourhood is in a typical, urban part of Nafplio facing Asklipiou street. Opposite the apartment there is a Lidl supermarket, and within 100m you will find 2 butcher shops , 2 grill-restaurants and a greengrocer’s.
The Hospital, several pharmacies and a taxi station are situated within 200m while a Renal Dialysis Centre is at a 2km distance from our apartment.
No private parking is provided, but you will very easily find parking spaces along Asklipiou street (outside or up to 30m far from the apartment), any time of the day.
Quiet hours policy: All noises must be limited from 14:30 – 17:30 and23:00 – 07:00.
All washing-up should be done and litter should be taken out before departure.
The apartment are located on the 1stfloor and access to them is by using a staircase of about 20 broad and comfortable steps with metallic handrails installed on both sides.
