Summary: We enjoyed our stay here overnight. The property is a pleasant loft apartment on the top floor. The property was clean and as described. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We were staying for a friend's event so can't comment on proximity to tourist attractions, but it is a very nice neighborhood and the rate was reasonable for the area. There were a few minor things that led me to take off one start from the accuracy and location. I took off one star for the location because the number isn't clearly visible from the street and we had to circle a few times until we located it. Also, there are quite a lot of stairs to the entrance, which I don't think is entirely clear from the pictures. We found that there is a fair amount of noise from the street when the window air conditioning unit isn't on. It didn't bother us, but it might be a concern for sensitive sleepers. It would have been nice to have a lock on the door to the breakfast room since it is also accessible by the downstairs property. On the whole, we were very happy with the stay and would consider staying here again on our next trip to Hamilton.
