Beaucoup de charme pour cet appartement situé dans un immeuble en pierre du 18ème siècle, plafonds hauts (4 mètres), parquet ancien. Séjour 35 m2 avec cuisine tout confort toute équipée. Couchages : une chambre avec lit double + une mezzanine avec lit double (chambre d'appoint avec plafond bas) +un canapé convertible dans le séjour, très confortable avec un vrai matelas deux places. Les meubles, la literie, le linge de maison sont neufs et prêts à accueillir.

Mon appartement est situé dans un bel immeuble bordelais en pierre. Il a gardé tout le charme de l'ancien, avec tout le confort moderne. Il est très lumineux avec un beau volume, une hauteur sous plafond exceptionnelle. Le parquet est d'époque.

1 min à pied de la basilique Saint Michel ainsi que de son marché aux légumes, vêtements et ses restaurants...
3 min à pied du marché couvert des capucins ou vous pourrez découvrir toutes sortes de saveurs ainsi que des restaurants et bar à tapas convivial
5min à pied de la rue commerçante et piétonne (Rue sainte Catherine) 1250 mètres de boutiques !
Transport : Aéroport a 20 min en voiture Navette possible Gare saint jean a 20 min à pied ou possibilité tram ligne C 10 min accès direct.
Inutile d'avoir une voiture pour visiter le centre ville.
Pour garer votre voiture vous avez trois parkings publics a 3 min à pieds à disposition (Saliniere, capucin,Victor Hugo, victoire)

Saint michel est un quartier vivant et populaire. Vous y trouverez des marchés de produits frais, de vêtements, d'antiquité... Vous pouvez déguster un thé à la menthe autour de la belle basilique qui est le point le plus haut de Bordeaux. Il y a des restaurants pour tous les goûts à des prix abordables, ainsi que de très bons commerces (boulangeries ). Les ruelles sont très belles avec des immeubles en pierre. Il est agréable de se balader tranquillement au gré de vos envies. L'accessibilité est simple. Vous pourrez vous diriger facilement vers d'autres quartiers ; tout n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pieds.
Getting Around:
Si vous arrivez de l'aéroport vous pouvez venir en voiture ou en navette en 30 min. www.30direct.com (navette aéroport gare Saint Jean)
Si vous arrivez de la gare, il faut prendre le tram C (10 min) ou venir à pied (20 min).
Si vous arrivez en voiture, il faudra trouver une place de stationnement dans le quartier où vous pouvez bénéficier des 3 parking publics à proximité (Salinières, Victor Hugo...)
