- Living-dining room with single sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen open to the living room and terrace. Possibility of bunk beds plus bunk bed or only bunk beds in one of the bedrooms and some suitable. they are duplex.
- All have TV, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.

- Elevator (most) and children's playground (most), garden areas, swimming pool for adults (15 / 06-15 / 09), and children's pool (most) paddle courts and parking.
