On entrywe find the kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped. From the living room we access the terrace which is facing the sea. It has spectacular views of the Medes Islands and from here we can perfectly see the gardens and the swimming pool. This terrace has a large table to enjoy meals outdoors.
On this same floor there are two double bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the main terrace. The second shower room is located in the hallway as well as the other bedroom.
