The apartment Villa Anna is located on the first floor of a newly built villa in the hinterland of Imperia, on the outskirts of the small mountain village Artallo.
After a short drive from the sea to the mountains you will be rewarded with a breathtaking sea view. The small valley opens like an amphitheater towards the Mediterranean, which glitters at your fingertips at the foot of the mountain. It is a dream: no photo can reproduce it, you have to have seen it. The spectacle of light is overwhelming at any time of the day, with a clear view you can even see Corsica.
The house stands on a sunny slope with an open, unobstructed view surrounded by a well-kept garden. Villa Anna alone has a 150 sqm garden with its own gate.
You can reach the apartment through a separate, ground-level entrance. The spacious, light-flooded living room consists of a veranda-like dining area, from which you can see the sea at any time of the day through the large windows. An open living area with a wood-burning fireplace and two comfortable sofas borders the veranda. Here you can relax, read and spend the long evenings in the colder seasons.
There is a TV with international programs and a well-functioning internet connection.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and has access to the balcony. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sun and drink the first coffee while the rest of the family is still sleeping.
In the second bedroom you will find a pull-out bed, which can be used as a single bed as well as a double bed (180 x 200). There is also a folding bed, which can be placed in any room if desired.
