Villa Sirena, enjoys a unique location. As one of Akumal’s classic homes, it enjoys a prime location on the point of Half Moon Bay.
The never-ending ocean and sky, with so many shades of blue, create an infinite and awe-inspiring view that can keep you entranced for hours at a time. There is no better place to watch the clouds roll by than this.
It is is a private oceanfront villa. The floor plan includes a full kitchen, a comfortable common area with seating for large groups, and well-furnished exterior spaces.
ONE OF OUR FAVORITE AMENITIES IS THE INFINITY POOL. IT’S EASY TO LOSE TIME HERE, RELAXED AT THE EDGE OF THE POOL, GAZING OUT OVER THE OCEAN. WE OFTEN CATCH UP WITH OUR GUESTS GATHERED AROUND THE POOL DECK, RELAXED, TAKING IN THE BREEZE AND THE VIEW.
VILLA SIRENA IS A 4 BEDROOM VILLA. 3 BEDROOMS ARE IN THE MAIN HOUSE. THE FOURTH BEDROOM IS A LOCK OFF WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE.
-THE PRINCIPAL BEDROOM IS LOCATED ON THE UPPER LEVEL, IS FURNISHED WITH A KING BED AND HAS ITS OWN BATH.
-THE UPPER GUEST BEDROOM IS FURNISHED WITH TWO DOUBLE BEDS AND HAS ITS OWN BATH.
-THE MAIN LEVEL GUEST BEDROOM IS FURNISHED WITH ONE QUEEN AND ONE DOUBLE BED.
-THE FOURTH BEDROOM IS A LOCK OFF SPACE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE. IT IS FURNISHED WITH A KING BED AND HAS ITS OWN BATH.
-IN TOTAL THE HOUSE WILL SLEEP UP TO 12 GUESTS.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. The pool and view are amazing and one of the best things about this location. Alma is great and cooked for us. Scott was my contact and was amazing! He responded to all my texts and calls extremely fast and arranged excursions and taxis. He even had an issue with the AC in one of the bedrooms and had people come to fix the repair right away. Things to know:Rent a golf cart, will save on mutiple taxi's Main house has no AC, does get kind of hot during the day but always has a nice breeze from the oceanHave groceries delivered or stop in Playa Del Carmen as they have lots more options.
