I bring you this stylish and unique one bedroom private garden flat (sole use) coupled with access to a communal roof terrace overlooking the London skyline.
The property consists of one bedroom with a stylish bedroom, comfy living room, with smart tv, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining table and a dedicated desk and chair so you can work from home.
Superfast Broadband.
This property is a stone through from the vibrant upper street (Islington) with an array of bars and restaurants, Exmouth market, Sadlers wells & Clerkenwell. The financial district is walking distance 15 mins to Moorgate station and you can be in Canary Wharf in 20 mins from Farrington station which is an 10 min walk and you can be in the theatre district in less than 10mins by bus or taxi. Pets are welcomed as are children. Travel cot can be provided on request.
There is a dedicated work space so if you need to work whilst there there’s a desk and suitable chair. There’s also a sofa bed in the living room so if there are four of you, you pay the same price as two as two of you can sleep in the living room on the habitat brand new sofa bed. Very comfortable.
I’ve got you covered with a double bedroom furnished with bespoke wardrobes, so you can keep your clothes and belongings organised.
The living room is cosy perfect for relaxation and entertainment plus I have added a smart tv for all your entertainment needs.

The fully fitted kitchen (with Smeg appliances) is equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and toaster. You’ll have everything you need to whip yourself up a delicious meal during your stay. Or if you want to take advantage of the area you’re literally less than 5 mins to an abundance of highly rated restaurants where an array of worldwide cuisines can be found.

It is rare in central London to have outside space. But this does.
Not only do you have your own private secluded garden with garden furniture but you also have access to the communal roof terrace with views over London sky line. Perfect!
There is also a secure outside chalet where you can store any additional luggage.
Furry friends are welcome and you’re more than welcome to bring small children as all on one level
Full access to whole one bedroom flat with private garden. Communal terrace can be accessed and BBQs are allowed! Beautiful outdoor patio seating area either to have a coffee in the morning or a nice drink in the evening.
