8 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Pool and Balcony

Summary:
**This is NOT a Loud Party House. Quiet Hours after 10pm. No outside music after 10pm at night. The community doesn't allow that and this is strictly enforced. We have a min age requirement of 27 y/o. Thank you for your consideration :)** This wonderful lodge is a brand new rental in Long Pond. This cozy home has eight bedrooms, has an INDOOR HEATED pool, a deck with a grill, a game room with a pool table and ping pong table, two fireplaces (one wood-burning, one electrical), 2 55" TVs, a fire pit and it is perfect for large groups.
The Space:
** $1,000 fine if there is a police report filed about excessive noise/disorderly conduct (had this happen before)
** If you are only booking one weekend night (Fri or Sat), the 2nd night will be added at weekend rates **
** we provide linens and towels
** we provide propane**
**you need to bring firewood for the firepit/fireplace**
**we only provide INITIAL supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Please bring extra.
Lower level has five bedrooms (three with a queen sized bed and two with a full-size bunk bed) and a common area with 55-inch TV. Main floor has 3 bedrooms: one with queen sized bed and two with queen-sized bed and a bunk bed (each).
Look no further! Our beautiful vacation home will exceed your expectations! Keyless entry! Our home features eight bedrooms (five on the lower floor and three on the main floor), a kitchen, two fireplaces (one upstairs and one downstairs), two TVs (55 inch), Netflix, a gas grill, a firepit, a game room with the pool table and ping pong table. The house has 4 bathrooms - 3 on the main floor and 1 on the lower level. The house has a deck with the propane grill and outdoor furniture.

Our house is conveniently located near all Pocono attractions: Camelback Resort - 10 miles, Big Boulder Ski Resort - 11 miles, Jack Frost Ski Resort - 15 miles, Jack Frost Golf Course - 15 miles, Kalahari Resorts - 7 miles, H2Oooohh Indoor Waterpark - 13 miles, Mount Airy Casino - 10 miles, The Crossing Premium Outlets (100 shops) - 12 miles, Sunset Hill Shooting Range - 12 miles

A car is highly recommended

* No Outside Music after 10pm. We do have neighbors who can hear you. If the police report is filed for excessive noise, you will be charged $1,000 fine. Feel free to have music inside the house.
* We require our guests to sign a rental agreement and send us a copy of their ID (only the person who is signing) before the commencement of the stay.
* Min age for adult guests: 27 y/o
*Pets are $100 extra with owner's approval*
* Parking: the driveway holds 6 cars. Please consolidate cars to avoid bringing more. If that absolutely cannot be avoided, please contact us - we might work something out for additional 1, maybe 2 cars.
* Our weekly rentals are Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun, please don't book Sat-Sat
* If only one of the booked night is Fri/Sat, a weekend rate would apply to one additional day

Summary: We celebrated my husbands birthday for a long weekend at this house. There were 19 of us ranging from 1.5 yrs old an up, including grandparents. The house is very spacious and we never felt crowded, the layout is condusive to everyone having meals together, gathering in the living room around the TV or fireplace and has plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone. Beds are very comfortable. The pool is great, well secured and clean. Game room is a very nice addition and having our dogs with us was a huge plus as well. We were able to fit 7 cars no problem. The few things to know: 1. There is NO cancellations, not even if you want to decrease the number of nights you book. 2. I had a difficult time connecting with the property owner prior to our trip when I had some questions. However just before and during our trip, responsiveness was not an issue at all. 3. The stairs that go from the lower level (basement) where the game room, 5 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located, are VERY steep and may be difficult for people with mobility challenges, and definitely don't go up and down them in socks. 4. There is step up to the kitchen that is hard to miss and can easily be a hazard. Someone in our party did fall and thankfully was ok, but it made me nervous the entire time we were there. 5. Bring towels, expecially if you plan on using the pool. Overall the house was great for what we were looking for. It is a bit dated and can use some freshening up, so I think its a bit overpriced, but I do recommend it for a large gathering/getaway.
