With an open-air design, and an abundance of natural light, high-vaulted ceilings, wood accents, large sliding doors, and a mixture of split AC and ceiling fans, this easy breezy home allows for a comfortable and elegant Hawaiian experience.
At the entrance of Ali’i Point #9 is the tastefully manicured koi pond and serenity fountain to usher you into your relaxing vacation. From the initial foyer and walkway, you enter the cohesive living room, dining room, lounge area, and gourmet kitchen. With plenty of ceiling fans and large sliding doors to let in the tropical breeze, this is the perfect place for your entire group to lounge and socialize throughout the day and long into the night. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with several stainless steel appliances, gorgeous Koa wood cabinetry, polished granite counters, a large central island, access to the back lanai (patio), incredible ocean views, and access to the other living areas. The 2nd Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and the 3rd Bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed both come furnished with Smart TVs, AC, ceiling fan, ocean views, and attached ensuites with walk-in showers.
