Ajoupa is an open concept 3 stories cottage with a large deck outside and plenty outdoor space for parking.
-The main floor:
A bedroom, a bathroom, a coat shoes closet, a pantry, the kitchen, the dining and the living space.
The main floor bedroom (the green bedroom) has a queen size bed. We provide 4 pillows, a comforter, 2 blankets while you stay. There's a tower fan for cooling in warm weather. There's a closet with plenty space.
The main floor bathroom has hot and cold water. Shampoo, conditioner and body gel soap is provided. There's a hair dryer in the mirror cabinet. There are hand towels on the shelves to use. Every guest has 2 shower towels for using.
The coat closet has hangers for coat or jackets and a racks to put your shoes.
The pantry has a first aid kit and bbq ustensils.
The kitchen with butcher block countertop is well equipped for your cooking. We provide Pots , pans, cooking ustensils, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, electric stove oven, paper towels, towels, soaps, sponge, blender, spices, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, dishwasher, silverware, dinnerware, bamboo plates, glasses and a Keurig k cup machine for coffee. Tea and K cup coffee , chocolate and cream are free. There's a wine fridge for your wine or champagne. There's also 2 bowls for dog food and water near the refrigerator.
The living space has a loveseat, a sofa bed and three floor pillows to seat comfortable. There's a 55inches LG smart tv to stream your favorite shows. Netflix, Disney plus and HBO max are free. Apolo tv app on the firesitck input has more than 1000 channels, movies and tv shows all over the world. Under the tv, there's the media center piece where you will find games such as monopoly, Jenga, Uno, scrabbles... There's a wood fireplace for cold weather. A bag of woods is provided for your stay. There's a fire extinguisher nearby for any issues. There's a dog bed next to the chimney.
The dining space has a table with 4 seaters. For additional space to eat, there's 4 seats available by the countertop in the kitchen.
-Upper level floor
2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a closet and a reading space.
The master bedroom (the black room) has a queen size bed. A tower fan is provided. There's a closet with iron and board. There's 4 pillows, 2 blankets and a comforter.
The upper level bedroom ( the orange room) has 2 twin beds with 2 pillows , 2 blankets and a comforter each. There's a closet and tower fan.
The upper level bathroom has everything like the main floor one.
The closet has a vacuum and stair gate. There's additional space to use.
The reading space has a cozy chair with a USB lamp. There's a few books to read. A desk is provided for using to work.
-The basement level.
A laundry room, a game room and an additional bedroom.
The laundry room has a Samsung washer and dryer. Detergent are provided for using. Cleaning supplies are located there too.
The Game room has a basketball Pop-A-Shot hoops, a Foosball table, a kid friendly wall darts game and a Retro gaming multiple consoles arcade. The Marvel vs DC arcade has more than 30k games from Atari to GameCube.
The additional bedroom( the grey room) has 2 full bunk beds size. They are equipped with 3 pillows, 2 blankets and a comforter each. There's a tower fan and a closet for you.
-The deck
There's an outdoor dining table for 10, a charcoal BBQ grill ( the charcoals are not provided) and a seating area with propane fire pit on the deck to chill outside.
There's a hot tub for 5.
-The outside
There's plenty of space to park 6 cars. The garbage bin is located near the garage door.
Other things to know
-Must be 21 or older to book.
-Only two dog is allowed in the property with $100 fee each. No other pets are allowed.
-No smoking inside the house.
-No outdoor shoes are permitted inside the house.
-No parties or events. Quiet hours are enforced 10pm to 8am.
-No drinks over the arcade machine.
-Don't flush anything in the toilets.
-Guest will be required to provide ID, mailing address, names and ages of all guests ( as required by the community).
-Check in 5pm ( early check in may be accommodated upon host approval).
-Check out 10am.
-Please remove all garbage and put them inside the garbage bin outside before leaving.
-Security cameras outside the house only(doorbell and deck door camera).
-No fireworks allowed.
-Any violation of the rules are subject to fine and evacuation with no refund.
-Renters are responsible for anything that is break or missing when staying.
-Please note owner is not responsible for inaccessible of outdoor amenities due to weather.
-Community amenities are seasonal and may not be available for other maintenance reasons or caused by any temporary limitations from the County and Township.
-Lake acces, beach and pool are seasonal (late may to late October).
This is a home in the woods. Therefore, you will likely see bugs or furry critters like racoons, beavers, deers or even bears. We do our best to maintain the property bug free with regular pest control. If doors are left open or foods are left outside, critter's curiosity is inevitable. Please keep the doors closed, keep the outdoors clean and notify us if you have any visitors.
