Heated garage for car enthusiasts. Easy access to turnpike. Messiah/Dickinson College is 6 miles and Carlisle Car Shows are 10 miles. The best trout stream in PA is Yellow breeches, a 5-minute drive. Ski Roundtop is 11 miles, Harrisburg is 10 miles, Hershey Park is 23 miles and York or Gettysburg is about 30 miles.
The space
Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room and eat-in kitchen with table and bar area. Granite counters bathrooms and kitchen. Dedicated dining room with table and 4 chairs. Furnished sunroom featuring walk-out composite deck complete with Weber gas grill for grilling those perfect steaks. The master bedroom has a 50" TV, comfortable king-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring onyx counter with double sinks, and a private toilet room. The second bedroom has a 43 inch TV, twin beds with a bathroom located right outside the bedroom door. The third bedroom has a sliding door to access the sunroom and has a queen-size bed with a 50 inch TV. Off-street parking on the driveway for 2 cars plus a heated garage that will comfortably fit 1, possibly 2 cars. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the hallway closet. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee machine, a bottom freezer refrigerator with Ice-maker, a dishwasher, disposal, an oven with convection cooking and built-in microwave, and a reverse osmosis drinking spigot for awesome tasting filtered drinking water.
Guest access
The Walk-in closet in Master Bedroom is not accessible as we keep our clothes in there for when we use the house. Guests will have access to another closet in the master bedroom. The furnace room in the house is not accessible and the maintenance closet in the garage is not accessible.
