Summary: The location is excellent; outside of that I didn't care for the apartment. The entire place needs a fresh coat of paint. All the pillows were visibly old and dingy (gross). The bed was hard as a rock. There were no proper window coverings in the bedroom to block out light in the morning. They are using just old AC window box units in Florida, so very loud and minimally effective. The toilet is bizarrely low. Very unclear and confusing directions about the parking situation. Check-out included directions to turn on the dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher. This is run by some other company, so in addition to going through VRBO, you also have to sign on to another entity. They don't use the VRBO platform to communicate, so response time is very behind (as in I was already checked out when I finally heard back). I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
