LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! We are a couple blocks away from the world’s most beautiful beaches! We are located on the less congested far east end of the beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. No parking garage or waiting on elevators here. Park right in the driveway or street out front. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, gift shops, and more!! Super close drive or walk to Schooner's Beach Bar, Sea Screamer, Island Time Sailing, deep sea fishing charters, Capt Anderson's, and MORE! St Andrew State Park is 1.1 miles away from our home! 1.1 miles from Rick Seltzer Park (public beach park w/parking & bathrooms with picnic areas & lifeguards). Boat ramps nearby (Dolphin Boat Ramp, Quail Boat Ramp, & Safari Boat Ramp) all within 1.3 miles. Neighboring condominiums are Treasure Island Resort & Seychelles where you can visit any family or friends who may be vacationing there while you are here. Publix Sports Park is 5.2 miles away & Frank Brown Park is 11 miles away.

Summary: Dana’s home was beautiful, convenient and comfortable! Dana was a super host and very responsive to all our questions. The house had everything we needed - equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and beach toys! The location was only a mile from St. Andrew’s State Park, a perfect place to sail, swim and snorkel.
