Our cozy 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short drive away from popular tourist destinations like the Georgia Aquarium and Stone Mountain Park. There are three (3) points of access/exits. Two (2) at the front of the house (garage & front door) are wheelchair accessible. The rear exit is in the basement and must be on foot.

No Smoking Inside
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees of $500.
No Parties
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
This home is not pet friendly due to severe allergies. For guests with service dogs who cannot find other accommodations, please let us know ahead of time so that we can mark it on your booking. We may ask: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs upfront, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for carpet or furniture cleaning afterwards.
