Above and Beyond is a sprawling seaside holiday home positioned on a headland with spectacular 180 degree ocean views, indulgent 15m heated lap pool, multiple alfresco dining and living areas, and air-conditioning. This two-storey home boasts breath-taking panoramic views over the glistening waters of Port Stephens.
The upstairs of this home features open plan, split level living areas. The living area has a Smart TV, Wi-fi, Foxtel and air conditioning. The area flows out onto the sunny, partially covered balcony and the outdoor dining setting is a great place to relax and appreciate the ocean views. The modern kitchen houses quality appliances and is fully equipped and ready to be use to cook up holiday feasts.
Located downstairs are the home's four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, WIR, ensuite with spa, and overlooks the water. The second bedroom has a king bed and ensuite. The third bedroom has two king single beds and is right next to the family bathroom with bath and shower and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. On this level is a second living area with a Smart TV, leather lounge and a double sofa bed sleeping 2. This living area opens onto a covered outdoor entertaining area with furnishings, gas BBQ and that jaw dropping view.
NOTE - Extra bedding options for children include an ottoman fold out single bed in the master bedroom, and a single trundle bed in the second king bedroom. Please advise if you’d like to request to make use of these with linen supplied at an additional cost.
Above and Beyond is close to all of Port Stephens many glorious beaches, attractions and activities. The local shops are 400m away and provide all the essentials. Rick Stein Restaurant is less than 2km away, as is a pub and the Soldiers Point Bowling.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM - 8 ADULTS (2 x King, 1 x Queen, 2 x Single). The sofa bed, trundle and ottoman can be used upon application at an extra cost to accommodate total maximum guest of 12 including children.
BOND- $1500 is due 14 days prior to your arrival and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
