- Exposition sud-est, parfait pour voir le lever du soleil sur la Méditerranée.
- La résidence (en voiture) est à environ :
10 min de la Croisette de Cannes
5 min de Cannes Palm Beach
10 min de Juan-les-Pins & d'Antibes,
5/10 min des restaurants au bord de l’eau et des commerces (Golf-Juan et Juan-les-Pins).
