Say yes to this cottage located on a large, grassy lot at the end of a private, dead end road bordering the Rachel Carson Wildlife Sanctuary. Spectacular views of the sanctuary on three sides and only a short walk to the beach.
(Note...the cottage is at Wells Beach and not on Route 1, therefore, a short walk is a short walk.)

Summary: Lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed cottage in a convenient, beautiful, and peaceful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We don’t go anywhere without our Goldens and were grateful to have them welcomed to be with us. Janine exceeds the definition of a premium host and is very thoughtful. It was a pleasure to meet the couple staying in the sister cottage next door and hearing how they come back every year. We will be back too, and just can’t wait!
