You’ll love the place's ambiance: it is on the 2nd floor, nicely furnished and roomy; with a large bathroom and a large bedroom.
The unit includes bedding, Wi Fi, Cables, A/C-heat, 42" Roku TV, micro + small fridge. NO cooking allowed; No access to the kitchen.

The place is 10 minutes from Harrisburg city center, 15 from Camp Hill, 25-30 from Hershey, and 35-45 minutes from Gettysburg and Lancaster.
Harrisburg is a diverse city. Our place is located in a great street block. However, on your way, you may cross less attractive neighborhoods.
HOUSE RULES:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DO's" and the "DONT" regarding parking, trash, electricity failure, and emergency procedure - upon arrival.
2. Guests do not pay the cleaning fee IF they keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned and intact; otherwise DO pay $150 or their deposit is not returned.
3. We conserve energy; pls avoid excessive cooling/heating.
4. You are a guest and not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be trespassers and removed by the police.
5. House rules follow the PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
The main items are:
no visitors; maintain a clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, no vaping, no candles or any open fire, no illegal drugs or excessive drinking. No pets. Report any issue 24/7.
6. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bed bugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You CAN NOT come if your belongings are infected.
You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'.
7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. We are Super Hosts that serve and accommodate SUPER guests only.
