Enter to cool ceramic tile floors and make your way past the gourmet kitchen and formal dining room to reach the spacious and comfortable living room.
The butter soft leather seating group surrounds the large Smart TV with plenty of natural light flowing in through sliding glass doors. What a great spot to gather with your loved ones after a fun day at the parks, to relax in the cool air-conditioning and laugh about the day’s adventures.
You can probably expect the kids to take over the second living room, located upstairs in the loft. Here, they’ll have their own hang-out space, complete with leather sectional sofa, Smart TV, and games. Enjoy it while you can!
Looking for a more active evening? Head to the game room, located in the converted garage, and try your hand at the foosball, air hockey, or pool tables, or basketball arcade game. Remember to play nice!
Kitchen/Dining
The dramatic kitchen is outfitted with cherry cabinets and sleek black appliances. Extra spacious, with a separate pantry and plenty of space for food prep, the family chef will find everything here to create the simplest snack to a full-course meal. And maybe even recruit a sous chef or two to work at the large center island, with seating for two.

The nearest airport is Orlando International (MCO) which is 25-30 minutes away, Sanford (SFB) is 55-60 minutes away and Tampa International (TPA) is 65-70 minutes away.

Ordering the Pool Heating Service:
Pool heat is available for $40 a day + taxes (minimum 4 days). There is no Hot Tub, just a jetted whirlpool. Pool heat is not recommended for short stays since it usually requires up to 24 hours to heat the swimming pool. Also, pool heating should be ordered prior to guest arrival. If it is ordered after check-in, a $30 connection fee will be charged.
The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. The spillover spa is attached to the pool, using the same water. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the coldest winter months, heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.
