Our Play House #69 - This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 full/2 half bathroom home is located in Paradise Village at Zion. Enjoy the upper-level deck with incredible views of Snow Canyon as you soak in the private hot tub. Or create memories with the indoor entertainment, such as playing air hockey table, shuffleboard or arcade game tournaments. Paradise Village offers 2 different waterareas within eyesight. Pickleball, volleyball, baseball, playground within walking distance. This stunning townhome is the perfect for all group sizes of family and friends.
Our Kitchen is supplied with many amenities to aid in the preparing and enjoyment of meals at home. Basic cookware, serve ware, glass ware, cutlery, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided. With an outdoor grill and patio table, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue outdoors. In our kitchen we also supply a griddle, waffle iron, crock pot, mixing bowls, coffee maker (but no coffee) and much much more to make your stay easier.
Our 4 Bedrooms come with clean sheets and comforters. Extra blankets are provided in each room and in the main downstairs living area. We have a queen air mattress and a pack ‘n play in the downstairs closet next to the back sliding door. In the bedrooms adjacent Bathrooms you will find complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. You will find one towel, hand towel and washcloth per person in each bathroom. In the downstairs bathroom there is a drying line located in the shower.
In the Laundry Room you will find 10 pool towels in the above cabinets to the right of the washers and dryers. We provide washing machines, dryers and complimentary detergent, if needed. Ironing board, iron and a drying rack hanging on the wall in the Laundry room.
Each Bedroom and the 2 living areas have Smart TV’s. These are programmed for our guests to log into their streaming services via Ruko and not have to worry about loggingout. Or you can mirror your phone, tablet or PC to them.
The Upper Deck has a private hot tub for 6, a fire pit and seating for 10 plus little ones. (The cushions are located in the big chests.)
Our Garage has 1 garage opener. There are shelves which hold pickleball paddles and balls, swim toys, a wagon, an ice chest and sand or water toys. There are also a few bikes located on the other side of the garage. (Please note there are NO helmets provided)
Our development has provided two Pool Areas. One with a two-tier pool with a natural rock water-slide. The other is an awesome water park with a lazy river. Both areas have a 20-person Hot Tub. There is a lawn area by the clubhouse and fitness center. Walking, running and biking trails are everywhere. RV & boat parking is available in two areas. (No parking RV, boat trailers or any trailers on the street.) Access to Archie Gubler Park which includes the pickleball and sand volleyball courts, a playground and more directly behind us.
You will have full access to Our Play House and all of the amenities and toys in it (with the exceptions of a few Owners Closet). You will also have full access to everything the community offers. Those amenities are the 2 water areas, fitness area, club house, grass areas, and access to the may trails and adjacent park. The neighborhood is very secluded. Inside the community you will see families walking and riding bikes up and down the streets. Outside the community you will find many waking, running and biking trails, besides being within 5 minutes walking from Harmon's.
Harmon's was recently built and is within a 5 minute walk. It offers everything you will need for your stay to create your own meals, as well as ready-to-eat complete dinners, boxed lunches, party trays and a variety of other catering options. It also has a salad bar, gelato bar, pharmacy, bakery and even a cooking school. There are also many restaurantsnearby. Shopping wise there is Buck's Ace hardware and a dollar store at the same intersection as the Harmon's. Also a Digby's (Associated foods) on the corner of Snowcanyon Parkway.
Our Play House does not require us to interact with you during your stay. You will be given directions and instructions for entering the property via text message before your reservation. The home will be prepped and cleaned before you arrive. Should any issues arise we are available to contact.
St. George Regional Airport (SGU) is 21.1 miles (31 minutes). You can get Uber, Lyft, or Taxi's anytime.
