Charming cottage located by Skaven harbor only approx. 600 meters from Ringkøbing Fjord. The house is undisturbed in relation to neighbors, and the plot backs up to a field area. The cottage was renovated in 2021, and appears very well maintained. There is a large entrance hall and three rooms. One of the rooms has a pull-out bed and an extra TV, where a PlayStation 3 is connected, so that it can also be used as a playroom. The large kitchen and living room will be the natural gathering place during the holiday. Here there is plenty of space for relaxation and coziness, and there is access to the large wooden terrace, where the sun orientation is absolutely perfect. Outside the house there is a swing set and a large lawn, which is ideal for ball games and play. The house now has a closed fence, making it ideal for tenants with dogs.
