Summary: We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall.
